I tried all the jets I had with me and the big winner is the combination of 118 main jet & 38 iddle jet to be installed at 10.000'.
But if I were riding again the Lesotho rocky 30% grade of the Sani Pass at 9.000', I would choose the 122 main jet & 38 idle jet.
